Opening hours at the Warehouse

Monday - Thursday: 8.00 - 10.00 & 13.00 - 16.00
Friday: 8.00 - 10.00 & 13.00 - 15.30

The drop box (dueslag)

Mail are available for pickup at the drop box in the office supply room (check the name of your department) every day after 11 am.

Packages can be picked up at the warehouse between 8:00-­10:00 and 13:00-­16:00 (Friday 15:30).

All outgoing mail must be brought to the drop box (dueslag) in the office supply room where it will be picked up at 2 pm.

Delivery of packages

Packages to shipping the same day must be delivered at the warehouse before 2 pm! After this time, the package will be sent off next day.

Please fill in correct pro­forma invoice with ALL information, see the attached file.

If you don't fill in all information, your package risk being taken of the duty or be sent back to GN Store Nord.

Pickup of valuable, large or duty packages

You will receive an email for pickup, which you must bring at the pickup. If you also have a pro­forma invoice or tracking number you can bring it to. Pickup must take place within the opening hours.

In the event that the goods are subject to duty they will be locked in a cabinet and can only be handed over by Finance.

Private mail and packages may not and will not be handled.
