Building Maintenance is provided by Coor, who handle all technical operation of installations and systems, together with all handyman assignments on Lautrupbjerg 7, 6 and 13.

Coor provides dedicated solutions within cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, and floor mat services at GN.

Coor is responsible for the Internal Services at GN, which include: "Warehouse Services", "Post Service", "Security Services", "Reception" and "Office supplies".

Coor manage external and internal handling of mail at GN.

Coor staffs the reception at GN.

Coor is responsible for handling and maintaining the Technical assets and installations in GN's buildings.

All other support services are performed by Coor at GN.

Coor handles the office supplies stocks at GN.
