Building Maintenance

Building Maintenance is provided by Coor, who handle all technical operation of installations and systems, together with all handyman assignments on Lautrupbjerg 7, 6 and 13.

The services include:

If you have any request regarding the above services, please create an enquiry and let us know and we will do our best to solve it as fast as possible. Our general response times are:

Non-critical corrective maintenance: 20 working days
Critical corrective maintenance: <5 working days (But depends on the case)

 

Moving Services

Coor handles all moves in GN. If you have a request regarding a move, please fill out the enquiry form. 
GN employees are always responsible for packing and handling their workstation items in boxes and are responsible for moving these boxes themselves

Order notices:

  • Moves/relocation below or equal to 10 workstations: Notice: 10 working days
  • Moves/relocation above 10 workstations: 10 working days
  • Large moves (>50 employee workstation moves): Notice: 15 working days

If the move is urgent (It has to be done in less than 10 working days) please fill out the enguiry form and state that the move is urgent. In addition, please call our Technical Operations Manager Peter Sparwath.

Any move must be approved by GNFM before initiated.

 

Room temperature and management

The climate control is designed to make sure that the most energy­ efficient heating/cooling function is used.

Desired room set point is 22 ° C.
When the knob is turned towards + / - ­ the room temperature will increase / decrease.

  • If more heating is needed the ventilation damper should be closed gradually to allow minimum airflow.
  • If more cooling is needed the ventilation damper should be opened gradually to allow maximum airflow.
  • Do NOT open the windows.

Radiator valves are not controlled automatically and should be set at "3".
