Coor is responsible for handling and maintaining the Technical assets and installations in GN's buildings.

The Technical assets and installations include:

  • Ventilation, water, cooling, heating, wastewater
  • Electrical supply
  • Control- and monitoring systems, elevators and lifting systems
  • Fire protection systems
