Monday-Friday: 8:00 – 16:00

Please note that the reception closes half an hour earlier than usual on the following days:  The 3 days before Easter - Month of July and the days between Christmas and New Year.

The primary tasks of the Reception are:

  • Receiving visitors
  • Handling incoming calls for all Danish GN sites
  • Ordering business cards
  • Making access cards
  • Order and provide office supplies
  • Ordering flowers
  • Handling Coor´s Service Center
  • Locker room keys

Visitors to GN

All visitors must be picked up at Reception, so please advise the reception in due time of your planned external visitors, so that they can create the visitors cards in advance.

While the visitors wait for their hosts, they are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Coor's Service Center

Coor has a single point of contact for all facility related matters - Service Center, which physically is placed in the reception.

Coor can help you with tasks like:

  • Need to move furniture
  • Issues with the bathrooms (toilet is running, paper is missing, problems with the sink, etc.)
  • Lights are out
  • Issues with meeting rooms (IT equipment is not working, chairs are broken, etc.)
  • Questions regarding the canteen or their ordering system
  • Questions regarding handling of packages
  • Café areas (coffee machine or refrigerator are not working, no cold water, etc.)
  • Other facility related tasks
