Coor launches new service portal!

Welcome to Coor's new service portal, where we have focused on increasing user-friendliness and relevance for you as a service user.

The biggest news on Coor's Service Portal is that the "Order and Fault Reporting" form is integrated with Coor's delivery system Maximo, whereby your order or fault report is created directly in the system and is handled as soon as possible by our Coor staff at MAN Diesel & Turbo. This avoids unnecessary wasted time and possible human error when typing.

You also have the option to see the "status" on your order so you always have an overview of how far we have come on performing your request.

The main purpose of the service portal is to collect all services and systems in one place, which means that you, as MAN Diesel & Turbo employee, only use one address to gain access to everything Coor can help you with.

This means, for example, that you can also find links to the canteen's webshop on this new service portal. On the canteen's webshop you will find the week's canteen menu and can order take-away food to bring home. You will find all links on the front page of this portal.

The content of the old Coor Service Portal has been moved to this portal, so some things will be recognizable to the experienced user.
