Alle opgaver vil blive løst hurtigst muligt indenfor de aftalte responstider. Responstiderne afspejler blandt andet forhold som risici og driftsforstyrrelser. Følgende er eksempler på de aftalte responstider.

  1. Flytninger og andre praktiske opgaver (inden for 14 dage).
  2. Udskiftning af lyskilder, defekt vask mv. (inden for 7 dage).
  3. Reparation af elevatorer, adgangskontrol mv. (inden for 24 timer).
  4. Døre, porte, ventilation og køling (hurtigst muligt).

Er opgaven af kritisk karakter og findes der ikke alternative muligheder, benyt akutnummer 26 77 77 30.

All tasks will be solved as quickly as possible within the response time agreed. Among other things, the response times reflect such conditions as risks and interruptions. Examples of agreed response times:

  1. Moving and other practical tasks (within 14 days)
  2. Replacement of light sources, defective lavatory basins, etc. (within 7 days)
  3. Repairs of elevators, access control, etc. (within 24 hrs.)
  4. Doors, gates, ventilation, and cooling (as quickly as possible)
