Prevent Risk of fire in the camp/rooms
There has been some incidents in camp lately, so this is a reminder for everyone to keep in mind, so all guests can have a safe stay in camp!
1.Equipment such as hot-plates, coffee makers and other heat sources that could constitute a fire hazard is not permitted in rooms. (this text is direct copy from Equinor camp rules, framed in every room). If any of this is found in room, it will be removed, and guests can pick it up at reception on departing day.
2.The heaters in room and bathroom shall NOT be covered by clothes, gloves etc. (The Fire department was alarmed twice in one month because of this)
3.Please do not charge your computer and phone when you are at work, and do not leave it on the bed charging, not ever. If computer or phone is found charging in the room during the day, it will be disconected. We often experience that the power in rooms is out of order due to use of equipment with bad wiring. Be sure the charger is in good condition before use.
